The calls you don't hear are the jobs you don't get.

Someone with water coming through a ceiling at 2am doesn't leave a voicemail. They call the next name on the list. We answer your phone around the clock, figure out how bad it is, and text you the address before your competitor's line stops ringing.

Five calls, none answered. Every one of them called somebody else within four minutes.

Don't take our word for it

Call it right now and try to break it.

Tell it you've got a flooded basement. Be difficult. If you'd hang up on it, don't hire us.

How it works

Three things happen on every call.

It runs on the number you already advertise. Nothing changes for your customers except that somebody picks up.

01

It answers

Any hour, first ring, every time. Sounds like a person because it talks like one — no menus, no "press one for service."

02

It figures out how bad it is

Standing water or a question about mold? It uses your definition of an emergency, gets the address, the situation, and a callback number, and reads the number back.

03

You get a text

Real emergency, you know within seconds — name, address, what's happening. Not urgent, it books them for the morning and you read about it over coffee.

What you get

Built for how the trades actually run.

Not a call center in another time zone reading off a script. Configured around your service area, your pricing rules, and what you personally consider worth waking up for.

Your existing number

No new number on your trucks or your Google listing. We answer the line you already advertise.

Emergency triage, your rules

You decide what's a 2am problem and what waits until 8. It follows that, exactly.

Instant text alerts

Name, callback number, address, and the situation in their own words. Enough to dispatch without calling back first.

Live transfer to a person

Angry customer, existing job, someone asking for you by name — it hands the call straight to your phone.

Booking for the rest

Non-urgent calls get scheduled into your available windows instead of turning into a message nobody returns.

Every call transcribed

Full text of every conversation, plus a summary in your inbox at 7am. You see exactly what was said.

It never quotes a price

Pricing questions go to you. It won't guess, invent a number, or promise something you can't do.

Monthly numbers

Calls answered, emergencies caught, jobs booked. If it isn't producing, you'll see it before we tell you.

Who this is for

Owner-run shops where the phone is the business.

01Water damage & restoration

Mitigation, mold, fire. The calls come when nobody's at a desk and they're worth the most.

02Plumbing

Burst lines, backups, no hot water. Emergency work that goes to whoever picks up first.

03HVAC

August in South Florida. A dead unit at 9pm is an emergency and the caller knows it.

04Roofing

Storm season turns your phone into a firehose for two weeks. Nobody's staffing for that.

Best fit: two to fifteen employees, owner-operated, working Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach. If you've already got a full-time front desk covering nights and weekends, you probably don't need us.

Who you're dealing with

One person, local, answers his own phone.

I'm Travis. I run Aigotti out of [CITY], and I build and manage every one of these myself — there's no account manager and no support ticket queue. If something's wrong at 11pm you call me, and I pick up.

I started this after calling a dozen restoration companies around Broward after hours and reaching voicemail at nearly every one. That's a solvable problem, and it's an expensive one to leave alone.

Before this I built and ran [PRIOR BUSINESS / LUXMOND WATCH CO], so I know what it's like to be the one whose phone rings at midnight. I'm not an agency. I'd rather have eight clients I actually know than eighty I don't.

Next step

Call your own line tonight after nine.

Hear what a customer hears. If somebody picks up, you don't need me. If it rings out, we should talk — it's a fifteen minute conversation and I'll tell you straight if it's not worth it for your shop.
